Refund policy

REFUND POLICY: 

BY MAKING A PURCHASE YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS LISTED IN THIS POLICY. 

DEFECTS:

For health and hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns or replacements unless the item has a defect. If there is a major defect that I missed to notice, you may take pictures of it and send for review to Cyborgtop.au@gmail.com.  If the damage seems to be caused by the shipping carrier, please take as many pictures as you can, do not throw away the packaging and do not send the item back to me. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. 

IMPERFECTIONS:

There may be slight marks or other imperfections in my products that will not affect the functionality of the machine at all, these imperfections can be related to the welding process or painting or during the assembling and may create slight differences in textures or slight imperfections between batches.  While every effort is made to ensure that each item is produced as closely as possible to the product photo and/or specifications, no item is ever guaranteed to be an exact copy and the customer agrees to accept any minor difference in appearance on their item purchased from us. All items are handmade, and it is impossible to avoid slight variances between products. If a customer claims that a product is defective due to a slight imperfection or other variation, the customer agrees that I shall solely determine if the product is defective and shall solely determine what, if any, further action will follow, such as issuing a replacement or refund.  

VARIATIONS :

Please be aware that all photos or videos of any products sold at our online store are for illustrative purposes only.  Although I use reasonable best efforts to ensure that my products are accurately depicted in my website, it is possible that some photos shown may not be entirely representative of the actual product.  The final products received by you may vary slightly in colour, look, feel or finish.  

RISK OF LOSS / DAMAGE BY SHIPPING CARRIER:

I am not responsible for loss of items or damage to items after they been shipped.  All items purchased through our online store are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon my tender of the item to the third-party shipping carrier. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if your item is lost. You must keep and provide copy of your proof of purchase of the item to file your claim as the shipping company might ask you to provide those.

SIZE:

I do not accept returns on orders where the customer has misjudged the size of the machine or any of our products. Please ensure understand the item and specifications before checkout. If you have any questions, please contact me at Cyborgtop.au@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

 

AUTOMATIC REFUNDS DUE TO FAILURE TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER:

Due to the many unpredictable setbacks that can arise during production I will allow myself a period of two weeks to complete your order. If for some reason I cannot complete your order you will receive a full refund. 

CHARGEBACKS:

You agree not to charge your credit card back within the two-week period that I have to complete your order, claiming that you have not received your item or for any other reason. If you charge your credit card back after you receive your item, without a reason whatsoever, you will be committing fraud. I will pursue my claims against you to the fullest extent allowed by law.  I will forward your information to the applicable law enforcement agency and your fraudulent chargeback may result in civil and/or criminal penalties and fees.

START A RETURN:

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to defects, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and if possible, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact me at Cyborgtop.au@gmail.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CANCELATIONS:

It might be possible to cancel an order within 24 hours after making your purchase, this is only applicable if the order hasn't been shipped yet. However the PayPal fee of 4.4% will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of $50 USD will also be deducted from your refund. You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped and tracking number provided

Warranty Policy:

 

Frames and mechanisms carry a Limited 1 year Warranty. Motors and electronics carry this warranty for one year period from date of purchase. Any replacement or repair required due to defect will be covered, including return shipping fees via any carrier at the sole discretion of Cyborgtop Machine, unless mistreatment/misuse is determined to be the cause. All shipments originating from the customer should be packaged in a manner approximating that you received, and you may want to insure the package at your own cost. Under this warranty, we will provide refund, repair or replacement at our discretion. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or consumable items. The warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by an inexpert repairer.

Excluding those items purchased from my select reselling vendors (such machines are covered based on the vendor’s warranty policies).

Cyborgtop machine is the most complete machine available in the market, made with the highest quality materials and electronics, built and designed to last for many years to come. However, like any electronic equipment, failures can happen at any time, without prior notice. In such case of failure and to open a warranty or servicing request, please contact us at Cyborgtop.au@gmail.com and provide full written information, including pictures and videos of the issue. We will then assess the issue and reply with instructions. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ORIGNIAL RECEIPT IN ORDER TO START A CLAIM.

Return or replacement shipping costs will be included, however you are responsible for ensuring that any return arrives in the condition it was sent. Therefore, any return should be packaged carefully and appropriately to ensure no damage is caused during return shipping, and you may want to insure the shipment.

Please note that the warranty will not apply if any failure is determined to be caused by damage from mistreatment or misuse.

The manufacturer disclaims any liability for the accidental or consequential damages due to the use or mis-use of this appliance.

Specifications are subject to change without notice.

The warranty is in addition to, and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.

 

Servicing & Repair

In the event that you require a repair at any time beyond the warranty period, or if you have a fault due to damage from mistreatment or misuse, we will assist as much as possible and at reasonable cost and it is all on "best efforts". Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
