Shipping policy

We have a list of countries where we ship, please choose from the list to calculate the shipping price. If your country is not available in the list, then please contact us before placing the order so we can provide prices to you.

Processing Time:

We do our best to process shipping an all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Time:

In most cases and under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered between 10 and 20 business days, sometimes it can take up to 30 business days. Please be aware that unforeseen situations might occur that could delay the shipping time. Customs checks in the destination country could also affect delivery times. Please NOTE: Be aware that any order may be subject to local import duties, taxes and fees. Your shipment may be held by customs in the destination country until such fees are settled. As the recipient, you are liable for any such payment to release the shipment.

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping fees (either shipping fee to you or shipping fee back to us) if your goods are returned to us due to customs rejection or unpaid fees.
